Chinese for C-dramas.
Chinese television dramas, historical and modern, are watched all over Asia and increasingly everywhere else. Costume dramas speak a stylised, half-classical Chinese; modern romances speak the real thing. This course teaches both and keeps them apart.
A day is marked done when you pass its quiz at the end: get 5 of its 8 questions right.
Costume-drama Chinese is a performance of the past. Each day marks what is still said today. Assumes the daily course to about day 20.
