What you are about to forget.
101 cards drawn from every open lesson and character page on the site. You get 15 new ones a day, in course order, and each one comes back just before you would have forgotten it. To learn the HSK word list, study it theme by theme.
Progress is kept in this browser, and accounts that would carry it between devices are not open yet.
How the timing works
The schedule is Anki’s. A new card goes through two short learning steps, one minute and ten minutes, and then graduates to tomorrow. After that each card is due on a day, not at a time: the day turns over at 4am, so it makes no difference whether you sit down at seven in the morning or eleven at night. Grade a card well and the gap to the next review grows; press Again and it goes back through the ten minute step.
Fifteen new cards a day is a cap, not a target. Missing a day loses nothing except that tomorrow is busier. Daily is the recommendation, not a rule.
If you had the meaning but the wrong tone, that is Again, not Good. A word with the wrong tone is a different word, and grading it as known is how learners end up fluent and unintelligible.
