Refunds
Nothing is on sale yet, so nothing has been paid for. This is the policy that will apply when payments open.
Fourteen days
Ask within fourteen days of your first payment for a plan and you get your money back in full. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask you to prove you tried. This applies to the first month of Pro and to the one-off Lifetime price. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in, pounds, euros or dollars.
After fourteen days
Pro can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Later monthly payments are not refunded, part months are not refunded, and nothing is charged after you cancel.
For the lifetime price after fourteen days, email us anyway. If the site has not delivered what it said it would, we would rather refund you than argue about a date.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you paid with. Refunds are processed within five working days and go back to the card or account you used.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces the rights you have under UK consumer law, including the right to cancel a digital purchase within fourteen days. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins. This policy is part of the terms of service.
